Family members of a hiker from St. John’s missing in Manning Park in the Vancouver area for more than a week are urging people to sign an online petition in hopes of re-starting the official search.
A person found items belonging to 25-year-old Jordan Naterer a couple of days ago, outside the area where searchers had been focused.

Father Greg and mom Josie flew from St. John’s to help search for their son, a graduate of UBC.
Greg says there was snow on the ground at the time he went hiking so it is possible that he slipped and injured himself.
