Two people have been charged in relation to a two-vehicle collision in South River Tuesday night.
Around 9:20 p.m., Bay Roberts RCMP responded to reports of a collision.
Upon arrival, police found that one driver, a 34-year-old Carbonear woman, was impaired by alcohol.
The other driver, a 19-year-old Makinsons man, was operating the vehicle without insurance.
The woman was released from custody to appear in court at a later date. Both vehicles were impounded.
