People coming and going at St. John’s International Airport are being greeted with some holiday cheer leading up to Christmas, with student choirs performing in the main lobby.
The performances are part of the airport’s holiday concert series.
The airport says the program has been going on for many years, but this year is the highest amount of interest they have had in a while.
St. Matthew’s School kicked things off on Monday with a rendition of Frosty the Snowman.
Cape St. Francis Elementary and Bishop Field also participated in the program this week.
Next week, children from Rennies River Elementary, St. Bons, Easter Seals, and Bishop Abraham will all be performing.
