There will be a question period every day in the House of Assembly next week during the special debate on Churchill Falls.
Premier Tony Wakeham made the announcement yesterday.
“There will be a question period every single day. It’ll be the same as it would be under the normal House, 30 minutes a day.”
Both of the opposition parties were concerned last week when they learned that out of the four days of debate only 45 minutes will be allotted for government officials to be questioned.
Wakeham has offered this as a solution to those concerns.
