A man charged with second-degree murder in connection with a homicide in Kilbride made a brief appearance in provincial court this morning.
39-year-old Dwayne Ginn appeared via video from Her Majesty’s Penitentiary where he’s been since the June 14 killing.
He’s accused of attacking 41-year-old Mark Hamlyn in the early morning hours outside the multi-unit house on Bay Bulls Road where they were tenants.
The victim was rushed to hospital but was pronounced dead a short time later.
Police have released few details about the incident, declining to say how Hamlyn died, or what if any weapon was used.
