The RNC is seeking the public’s help in locating a man reported missing from the capital city.
Thirty-four-year-old Christopher Collins was last seen in the city’s east end Monday night.
Collins is 5 feet, 9 inches tall and 170 pounds with brown hair and green eyes. He is believed to be driving a 2022 Hyundai Kona with licence plate number JOJ 820.
